Tomorrow is the International Day of Happiness – a day to promote positivity, wellbeing, and a more compassionate world. And who couldn’t do with a bit of that right now?

At the office, we’re celebrating this day with morning tea and some treats. 2024 marks 28 years of Insurance Advisernet being in business, which also makes us pretty happy!!

New Zealand has consistently maintained a top 10 position in the happiness rankings of The World Happiness Report, published on 20 March every year. If you’d like to contribute to a happier Aotearoa, you could:

• Spread happiness: Do something kind for someone else, share positive messages on social media, or volunteer for a local charity.
• Reflect on your own happiness: Take time to reflect on what makes you happy and put a plan together to incorporate those things into your daily life.
• Celebrate with others: Host an event with friends, family, or coworkers to celebrate the day together.
