Resilience strategies for living in lockdown

Resilience strategies for living in lockdown

Strategies around how to cope abound, and sometimes it’s a matter of different strokes for different folks. We at IANZ have found a checklist from Drs Lucy Hone and Denise Quinlan of the NZ Institute of Wellbeing and Resilience really helpful.  Their top three tips:

  1. Choose where you focus your attention
  2. Deliberately seek out the people (and do the stuff) that makes you happy
  3. Strong and supportive relationships are the number one predictor of wellbeing, across the lifespan.

The full practical guide – and it’s only two pages – is here

Aucklanders, what’s working for you to help get you through this lockdown?
